All of the staff here is super friendly and helpful. However, it seems as though management has a hard time hanging on to their valuable employees as the turn over rate here is insane. It seems like there is a new face behind the counter every couple of months. Also they have consistent system issues where either I have to wait forever to get checked in because the computer system is running so slow or times where I have been unable to tan altogether because the staff member is unable to check me in. Additionally, I am a Gold package tanning member so I am supposed to have access to two different tanning beds, 1 a stand up bed and 2 a lay down bed and the stand up bed is constantly out of order which is super frustrating since I pay a premium for the Gold package. Also in comparison to other tanning places the hours pretty limited.
