Pay attention to the whole dam shop! All the Braider’s have Traction Alopecia. None of them have a full head of healthy hair. Usually braids hurt but not for four days. Tingling, itching, extremely tight scalp will result in baldness just like the women in the shop have. They braid way too tight. Your style will look nice but good luck having hair when you removed your braids. I paid $120 plus $5 tip for a style I can’t wear because 4 days later the cornrows still hurt. I reached out to the Braider that did the work and no response. I will not recommend this shop to anyone unless you don’t like having edges.

Everyone was nice there, but I’m not satisfied with my hair AT ALL ! It’s only been 3 weeks and within the first few days I experienced hair falling out from the braids ( curly hair glued on the ends of the braids). During first couple of weeks, braids started fall out ( about 5 or 6 braids). I made my appointment for Suzy Bofia but she requested two other young ladies to do my hair in which they messed up horribly. I was there for almost 7 hours and they did a lazy job and I paid $260 for what was supposed to be medium individual box braids with curly ends. A style I always get, I usually pay no more than $180-200 for in Atlanta but I guess the prices are higher in Phoenix Arizona. I really want to go back for another style and book with Suzy but she’s so busy idk if she’ll be able to do my hair. The only reason I booked with Suzy is because I saw her work and I was referred to her by a friend of mine. I was very pleased with the pictures I saw of her work. I’m not going to say don’t go there, because they obviously have some good stylist there, I’m just not pleased with the two who did my hair. However, it was a very nice vibe there with music playing. I’d return ONLY if SUZY will be my stylist

This place is a good tired excuse for hair braiding. My friend got her braids done and they just wrapped her hair to the hair she wanted in and when I asked for a refund they act like they could fix the issue. If you did it lazy the first time, why wouldn’t you do it the same way no she wanted her money back. When asked repeatedly for her money they called this lady who said they have a no cash refund policy. I was sitting in the store and I didn’t see it the lady that was in the store moved a huge purse from way up high on the wall to reveal a sign typed in regular paper no cash refund. I told her that’s a rip off way to conduct business. She said they just remodeled and must of block it by accident. Accident or not it’s not visible. I told her it’s messed up that she is doing shady business in the hood to her own people. She didn’t reply just kept saying it was on the wall. The lady at the store wouldn’t give me her name because she was the one that moved the purse. The sign was blocked unreadable and in a poor eye sight. DON’T GO TO THIS PLACE SHOW THEM THAT DOING BUSINESS IN THE HOOD SHOULD BE STRAIGHT UP AND HAVE A HIGHER STANDARD. CALL THEM AND LET THEM KNOW HOW WRONG THEY ARE FOR HAVING CORRUPT INTENTIONS WHEN DOING BUSINESS WITH YOUR OWN PEOPLE. AT ALL COST BOYCOTT THIS PLACE DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY BUSINESS
