I have been a client of this establishment for years but today is the first time I saw Cane. Cane is wonderful. He is super knowledgeable and detail oriented. Cane used cupping during my appointment and I am so thrilled with the instant pain relief I got from it. It is truly a next level massage experience. I already scheduled my next 2 visits with him. My wife has a scheduled appointment here and I drove with her this last visit. We are both off work and we were going grocery shopping right after. I needed her cell phone for an issue we were having with our provider. I went inside and asked for her by name and the front desk person said I couldn’t go in. I asked her to just get my wife’s cell phone to try and fix the provider issue we were having and she said no. I asked her to just retrieve her cell phone and not bother her, but she refused and said no one I allowed in after a session has started. I don’t believe I was asking for much. She could have easily gone in to get my wife’s cell phone without a major interruption to her; or anyone else there. Wish they could handled the entire thing better, but my wife will continue to see them for service because the person she deals with there is a friend of a co-worker of hers.

I am changing my review from a year ago. I had an apt today with Jamie, the atmosphere was very friendly and inviting. The staff were all welcoming and had smiles on their faces. I got a 90 min massage with Jamie and it was Amazing!! I had the added in aromatherapy which upon arrival I was given samples to choose my scent. The back scrub is phenomenal and very relaxing! I’m glad I gave them another try and I’ll definitely be back again soon! Thanks for the Awesome experience.

Absolutely love this massage center. I have been seeing Jeff for over 11 years now and he is absolutely amazing. I will say I miss the uniqueness of their old location, and how each massage therapist rooms were designed with their personalities in mind. It was much more welcoming than the more sterilized decorating they’ve done in the new place. I give Jeff a five-star, I give the new facility a 3-star…. they have tried to standardized and and upgrade their selves to the point where they took all of the personal out of the massage studio.
