She started out as just my massage therapist, but has grown to be a vital part of my routine now. I see her every three to four weeks to work out the knots in my body, as my stress manifests itself into physical ailments, and every three to four weeks, she takes the time to see where the problem issues are, and work on them. In the time I’ve known Beverly, she’s opened her own business, and expanded her service offerings. She has never been content to rest on her laurels, and constantly pushes to learn new things, and bring those new techniques, methods, and practices to her clients. She is a multi-hyphenate in the world of massage therapy. Starting with relaxation/deep tissue, she delved into medical massage and made that her specialty. When she could see how many people she was helping, she got certifications in pre-natal massage. Then came lymphatic drainage – and when used on me, I noticed significant decrease in swelling. Beverly has moved into the non-surgical body contouring space as well. She has mastered maderoterapia – wood therapy, where she uses wood tools to direct areas of stubborn fat and cellulite to break it down. She’s working with cavitation devices and infrared treatments, providing her clients with a wide range of options – and at prices more affordable than many other places out there. She’s incorporated so many varied therapies into her practice, and it’s amazing to see that she can excel at all of them, as opposed to being a jack of all trades and a master of none. Beverly takes the time to do the research, get the education, take classes from the right people, get certifications. She is a master of all that she takes on.
