I have been going to Valerie for deep-tissue massage therapy for almost 2 years now, and i am not exaggerating when I say it has changed my life! I am a healthy, physically active 30-something woman, and I have spent most of my adult life suffering from severe neck and shoulder pain that would regularly get so bad that I couldn’t turn my head at all.
