Through integrative body and energy work that includes Massage Therapy, Craniosacral Therapy, and Myofascial Therapy, each session is tailored to fit your specific needs. Many of my clients have reported improvement in muscle movement and decreased pain, TMJ and migraine relief, sleep, stress relief, and other pain syndromes.
