Today was my second visit for a ninty minutes, the first time I only scheduled an hour. Yet when JD got finished with me I wanted to run, dance, I just couldn’t believe what he had done. Back story is for the last 3 months my Left knee and lower back has been in miserable pain, I have been immobile. Missing work unable to do anything even hurt to lay in bed. A month ago the Dr diagnosed me with arthritis in my Left knee Prescribed physical therapy but I was in too much pain in the mornings to get up and go after my first two visits. I found JD on FACEBOOK and Scheduled an appointment. Absolutely he hit all the right places. He had no idea of my arthritis until today when I told him how grateful I was and how whatever he did I have not had any pain for two weeks. Anyway I have been working from home over the last few years since the pandemic, unfortunately I know my home office is not ergomically correct so. I set incorrectly and my monitor is not at the right level so I strain, hence a lot of tension and tightness in my shoulders and neck that causes headaches – the hand’s of JD removed all of that . He not only works all of the kinks out of you, he also educates and shares with you exercises and stretches to do at home to avoid the pain. Literally I am bending and lifting my arms over my head. I’m feeling so good and have already secured my next appointment #3 for September 1st I truly want to enjoy at least one weekend holiday of the summer. Wow I just want to dance tonight but no where to go it’s been so long. My dog is really enjoying the longer morning and evening walks because we are walking all the way thru the subdivision and not me just standing at the patio door and her in the backyard. Wait I got to tell you he is very reasonable. In the past I have paid double only to have scented oils rubbed over my body but did nothing for my muscle aches and pain. Please try JD, you are not going to regret it . In fact you deserve it. Pamper and heal yourself
