I’ve been to Bodylogic for both massages, facials and foot treatments. As a runner, I found the foot treatments and massages wonderful. Matthew was able to work out a lot of my IT band problems. He also helped tremendously with the huge stress knots that form in my neck. Knowing that I did yoga, Matthew didn’t hesistate to put me in yoga positions to get at certain muscles better. He would even use special oil that I brought in when requested. I also loved my facial here because the aesthetician was Aveda trained but used her own, natural products.
