Cryotherapy has helped me in so many ways and has helped me get over some problems of mine. I do it almost everyday and when I don’t I definitely notice a difference in my energy and physical being. Cryotherapy is going to play a big role in my recovery. Xtremecryo is on of the best facilities I’ve used. The staff is welcoming and knowledgeable, the machine is new and cutting edge, and the results help me feel amazing after a hard workout. I highly recommend giving them a chance if you are an athlete who needs some tension relief, or if you just want to feel better in general. Their facilities are worth the money and then some!

Xtreme cryo has become a necessity for me to properly recover from my daily workouts. I do CrossFit, so my body is constantly beat up and sore, Xtreme cryo has provided the perfect relief for me.
