This location is horrible!!!! No one is ever there to answer the phone when you call and they’re barely open. They can’t keep an esthetician. Had an appointment canceled for a facial and the owner took almost 2 months to contact me back saying she doesn’t know what happened but that she’d like to go ahead & reschedule the service. Asked for a refund due to lack of professionalism and she goes back to not responding. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone as they need to be shut down and reported to the Better Business Bureau

I was a client back in 2016 for hair removal on my back. This was when this location was under different (poor) management. I have since returned and Chantina and her staff have honored my previous purchases with grace. They are doing a great job and I highly recommend them for hair removal services.

Unfortunately my experience wasnt the greatest. 1st treatment of IPL was so light that it didnt show any progress and she didnt get all the spots that she could have. I was disappointed but I already paid for 3 treatments 2nd time I complained about my 1st visit and she did a better job but she was bothered by my complaint so she got more spots. 3rd time she asked me if I wanted to buy more, I told her no. so in my opinion I felt like she did the same kind of rushed job she did the 1st time. Not to mention she was more then 20 mins late the 1st n 2nd time. I would not go here again.

This company is one of the most unprofessional companies I have ever dealt with. I bought a series of 4 IPL treatments via groupon. I gave thus far only been able to receive 2 treatments because they don’t ever manage to keep appointments as scheduled. After having 2 appointments that had to be rescheduled the manager offered 2 additional treatments for my trouble. Well guess what my next 2 appointments were cancelled or needed to be rescheduled. This is after I get the emails to confirm my appt and then another email the day prior to remind me that I have an appt. well today I called to confirm that there would be someone there to do my treatment at 245 pm ( the last time I showed up for my appointment the silly receptionist actually told me that the tech had walked out after getting in an argument with a client ) there was no one to do the treatment. The receptionist said they had left a message but no message was left. They asked if I could reschedule AGAIN. Well never again for me. My life energy has value and the joint does not offer good value for the aggravation.
