Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityLet me start by saying Marion runs a 1st class operation, from the way she conducts herself to the clean and orderly appearance of her facility. I lucked into finding out about Body Works Massage by grabbing a business card at the hotel I stay at frequently while working in the area. Upon arriving for my appointment I was asked a few questions about pre-exhisting conditions, medical history, and areas that she needed to focus on. Once the session began, the 1st thing that struck me was the massage table itself. It was super comfortable and heated. I know that sounds simple but for me it made a huge difference. That set the tone for a great massage to follow. Throughout the session, she was continually communicating and adjusting the pressure to suit me. In other words, if the area was tender she would adjust to a lighter pressure and progress from there. Marion also incorporated some much needed stretching in with my massage and followed up with some maintenance instructions and a chart of stretches I could do on my own between massages. Due to the level of service, attentiveness, and time spent communicating ; overall, I was very satisfied with my session and felt great afterward. It was obvious that Body Works Massage is a business interested in creating repeat customers. I look forward to returning next time I’m in the area. Thanks Marion, 5 stars, all the way! Let me start by saying Marion runs a 1st class operation, from the way she conducts herself to the clean and orderly appearance of her facility. I lucked into finding out about Body Works Massage by grabbing a business card at the hotel I stay at frequently while working in the area. I’ve been here since 6pm and it’s now 6:05 and she told me that I wasn’t here and she left. I explained mam I’ve been here since before 6 and you weren’t here. She then told me people need to be respectful of others time. I then explained to her yes they do. I rescheduled ALOT to accommodate her at 6 and then she tells me this. I called and made an appointment for 5:30 and she said actually can you make it 6 I said yes that fine I can do that. I’ve been here since 6pm and it’s now 6:05 and she told me that I wasn’t here and she left. I explained mam I’ve been here since before 6 and you weren’t here.
