Horrible customer service. Asked for three therapists to come out and only had one arrive. Then, rescheduled for another day and they cancelled at 1 am via email. Rescheduled one final time and sent a text the evening before saying the massage therapist could not make it. Never using them again. Highly unprofessional.

Pretty seamless experience. Booking was simple. The girls were nice and professional. My only complaint is that I asked for a sweedish full body relaxation massage and what I received was back for 50 minutes and everything else rushed through in less than ten. My therapist made it her personal goal in life to correct my mild scoliosis during one session. It was anything but relaxing. The whole massage was painful and I’ve been sore all day today. Her heart was in the right place, but it was definitely not what I asked for.
