One of the worst massages I’ve had. The “deep tissue” pressure was light as imaginable. Didn’t ask how the pressure was or anything once. Ignored my second request for deeper pressure outright. She dug her elbow into my bone more than once, which was excruciating every time, I even viscerally squirmed but she repeated it. I have hardware in my neck too, and she yanked on it in aggressive angles with a towel under my neck and aggravated that as well (I told her I had hardware also, so this bordered on malpractice – actually couldn’t believe this). The list goes on. Please save your money. They must be shameless self-tankers to have the rating they do online.

Colleen was my massage therapist and was absolutely fantastic! She made the whole experience so intentional, thoughtful, professional, reviving, relaxing, etc. She clearly knows her stuff and is very intuitively skilled. The massage I had with i believe Adrianna, was amazing, shes awesome! So I’m basing my rating off the massage. However, I did get a free eyebrow waxing, and I hate my eyebrows. I told the woman, I can’t remember her name, that I wanted them cleaned up and thinned out a little. What I got was 2 different eyebrow shapes that were way thinner than I wanted and completely different than the shapes I came in with. It’s funny because we were talking about how thicker eyebrows were a better look. I’d really like to know what she thought was thick eyebrows, because mine are awful. I wish I would’ve said more in terms of what I wanted, but i feel she should’ve asked more questions too. The massages are great, but i won’t come back for an eyebrow waxing ever again

Both male and female therapists that are professional and know their job. Very Covid friendly for those that haven’t been out for a massage in a while.
