I have so many negative things to say about this place. I told the therapist 3 times to focus on my back. The pain I left with is the same I came in with. I was going to give her a tip, but instead of giving me change she argued with me and kept my money. I explained that she didn’t do what I asked for. I was so mad, I let her keep the cash. Well I’d like to give a review about how the massage was… sign on the door says open till 9:30… went in at 8:40 and was told no.. then she said they had a appointment.. well I was waiting for our dog at the vet next door and no one came for a appointment.. she acted like she didn’t want the business..I’ll keep going to Tranquil massage on route 1 they are much nicer..

I came here after a workout. The big chains want you to either book in advance, or join some membership. I don’t have time for that. They allow walk ins and are FANTASTIC! The staff is friendly, and the massage was thorough. The therapist found my sore spot in my neck and lower back without me having to tell her. Most western massage places have to be told where you are aching, but she found the knots just by being thorough. I highly recommend trying if you want to feel like a new person!!!!!

First time here & not coming back! What upsets me is that I paid $70 for incomplete service and there was no one to come to my rescue to intervene because of the language barrier. When I first walked in and I told the lady I wanted 1hr half back massage half reflexology. She led me into a room & told me to prep and lay down. Instead she passed me off to another who walked in and gave me an 1hr of massage in one area. Trying to tell the new lady that she is spending way too much time on my back & she just kept saying ok ok ok. Next thing I know she says thank you & walked away. I’m was so furious. I’m still pissed everytime I think of how much I spent. Not coming back!!

I don’t know what the massage was like, I never got that far. I made an appointment online for 4pm. Once I got there the ladies told me someone was coming in at 4:20 and could I come back at 5:30? I walked out. What is the point of making an online appointment if you can’t actually get that appointment? I have a confirmation email and everything.
