I have been getting massages here for over 10 years and I can honestly say I have never felt better in my LIFE. I have dealt with chronic back issues since childhood, on top of numerous injuries, and these guys have helped me live my very best life! I truly don’t know where I would be physically without them. From their front staff, to their therapists, and the owner herself, they always provide top notch service. They bill my insurance directly and it is a seamless process every time. I drive 2 hours (from a state away) just to see them, THAT is how good they are! Making that first appt with them was the best decision I ever made for my health and I appreciate them every single day!

Would not recommend if you plan on billing insurance. I was in an auto accident and came across Body Tech as they said they bill auto insurance companies. This unfortunately was not my first auto accident, so I have seen massage therapists in the past for treatment and never had issues with having it covered through a claim. I settled my claim with the insurance company, which covered the dates of service that I had with Body Tech, but for some reason I was still left with a bill of $1,200 from this office. I also wasn’t aware of this fact until 5 months after I settled my claim. I was told by the manager Rose that for some reason they didn’t pay for those treatments (even though it was approved and covered in the settlement) and that this has happened with a few other patients lately, for some reason. I worked for a medical practice for 13 years and this is due to the fact that they are either not billing correctly or they are not providing the insurance companies with sufficient clinical documentation or findings. I have seen people in billing departments fired for this very reason. I should have done more research about this clinic because I found on yelp reviews, after the fact, that I am not the only person this has happened to.
