hate writing bad reviews but this needs to be addressed . I been asking for advise and told me to call zalina. To begin she was nasty on the phone, she couldn’t even troubleshoot the problem instead she made it seem like i was stupid. All I need is advice and help with a machine I purchased from them. They can’t even comply with that. I am a licensed esthetician and I like to get as much info before I get into any intense services but I should have known better.

I came to irena a while ago for full syringe lips. After following all her instructions and massaging them every single day for 2 weeks the exact way she told me to, one side was incredibly larger than the other. I came back to her and told her we need to fix them and add more to the other side but instead she said if I want to add more I have to pay which is wrong because the only reason they were uneven was because she didnt put an even amount on both sides. If she had put the exact amount on both sides I wouldn’t have to go back and add more. Why would I have to pay? I decided to just dissolve because after already paying 500 I didn’t want to pay another 500 for only a drop which was what I needed. Basically, I paid for a full syringe, but since she dissolved most of it because of HER mistake I really didn’t get the full syringe. They still didn’t come out decent but at that point I couldn’t do much. If you go to her for lips be careful make sure you look very very carefully.

I did botox, filler, lips and ultherapy. I was so nervous to do my lips because I wanted to look natural. I had lost a lot of weight and my skin was very loose and saggy. Irina did my lips and filler and botox and I experienced very little pain and my results far surpassed my expectations. I am already seeing results from the ultherapy that i did with Jasmine. I am so obsessed with how great my face looks. I look 10 years younger!! What an amazing experience. I would highly recommend this spa. Wish I could give more than 5 stars!!

The service was good but the receptionist at the flatbush location was very deceitful I went in for a carbon laser treatment prior to going in I DM the owner and she quoted me a price for $99 however when I got there I was quoted $150 I told the receptionist the price I was quoted and she tell me that was the price if I bought a package of three or more. On my way out I notice a sign that advertised carbon laser for $99 I brought it to their attention and she tells me that was an old special. I also grab a flyer and noticed that the flyers states $99 no where on the flyer it says you have to buy a package to get it for $99 so basically she lied and I was tricked into buying a package. I will finish my package but I will never give them my business again. Nothing but con artists.

Critical: Communication, Professionalism, QualityThe lady who runs this beauty salon is not a good person what so ever. She doesn’t care about the customer, she just wants your money! Her name is Irina she sits in the desk right when you walk in. She is a terrible person. She offered me a class and told me it was going to be $400 I filed a dispute with my bank when she overcharged my account at $4,200. The bank was on her side!!!!! Because they didn’t want to credit me the money back….I am in the military and was on military orders and this is how she treats military personnel. I never felt so disgusted in my life. I want my money back and I’ve tried to speak to her. She doesn’t care what so ever. I paid $4,200 for some class I never even received.
