I have been going to Ann for a few years now, after an injury, a family recommended I try massage therapy. I ALWAYS leave feeling 150% better than when I arrived. She tailors each therapy session to how I am feeling that week and targets my trouble areas or if my injury is flaring up. I love that she gives recommendations for things to try in between sessions. Can’t recommend her enough! Her office is very peaceful, she plays relaxing music and really makes each session count.
