Great place they do great work but one of the staff members there Khanh can not accept criticism, on my next appointment I mentioned my eyelashes were great but they were falling to soon, so she did listened and did a great job but came to find out after that appointment she blocked me from her page which I don’t get because I even gave her props for the great job she did, that’s a big lack of ethics for me and the reason for the 1 star review, will not come back and will not refer no one to her anymore.

I have been seeing Brittnee for over a year and I would never want anyone to ever do my lashes. She is absolutely AMAZING! Her work is not only the best quality I have ever have had. She along with the rest of staff at the shop are so professional. Brittnee works well with scheduling, she along with the entire shop are clean and are such a fun environment to be in. The service was great, I’m just a pretty disappointed by how much of the lashes I’ve lost in only one week:/ I sleep on a satin pillow case for my hair already so I don’t see that they would’ve been coming off in my sleep and I tried to be very careful washing my face. To only look good for 1 week doesn’t seem like it’s worth it.

I now go to Body Smooth for sugaring, and I don’t get ingrown hairs and my hair doesn’t grow back as fast! Love Britnee! She is so sweet and makes me feel comfortable every visit. Highly recommend!
