I was so happy to see that the folks I would be coming to see each session were more than understanding of my blight and did not judge me as so many other programs I have done and failed at over the years because those programs always have someone that is either skinny as a rail or buffed and they are condescending because I was fat.

I am slender but still have my problem areas. I came to Body slender after diet and exercise wasn’t working. I was skeptical but after reading the reviews I decided to give it a try. Near the middle of my sessions I did not see any difference, I discussed my thoughts with the staff and she told me wait until the last one. At my last appointment they measured me and took pictures. There was absolutely no change. I am disappointed with the amount of money and time I put in. And yes I am very active and eat healthy so to have no change is frustrating.
