Tiffany is a Miracle worker!! I’m extremely hard on my body. I usually can’t relax because of a shoulder issue or a hip or a tricep or bicep issue….after a 60 min session with her I’m the most relaxed I’ve been in years. I’m a firm believer in it takes one to one n she’s a lifter too. She definitely knows what’s she doing! Only negative thing I can say is I she’s so booked I only had 60 minutes with her. I think the 90 would’ve been way more beneficial!
