I would like to share my experience with Jen and my visit to Body Remedy. I have had deep tissue massages before but never have I experienced a massage like the one I had with Jen. Jen from the beginning was very attentive to my problem areas and through out the process adjusted pressure when needed and explained what she was doing. Jen was able to focus on specific trouble areas with the right amount of pressure and time dedicated to fixing before moving on to the next area. Jen was also able to give me insight as to how and why things were stiff and painful and how to combat that in between sessions. I highly recommend Jen if you are looking for an amazing experience with results. Jen is truly a master at her craft and I can’t wait for my next appointment.
