This place is very professional, clean and it always smells HEAVENLY. I’ve gotten my teeth whitened, a facial and waxing here, and the customer service was great! In my opinion they are very affordable, this place is a hidden GEM. Thank you Tina and Gloria for making spa day a GREAT experience. I give my money to them happily every visit! I have been going to this place since they were located in Laurel and I have never had a bad experience. This place is very professional, clean and it always smells HEAVENLY. I’ve gotten my teeth whitened, a facial and waxing here, and the customer service was great! In my opinion they are very affordable, this place is a hidden GEM. Critical: Professionalism, ValueToday I had appointment at 2 pm est and I called the place at 1.40 pm and said I will be late. I also mentioned that I was not able to submit forms for my facial and body massage. I called in at exact 2.15 pm asking what is the suite number that I need to come in. Now I get inside and I get my facial done and Tina did a good job but I was not aware that I lost my massage money. Tina gave me 15 minutes body massage and guess how much I paid for the body massage 100 plus something. According to their no show policy they don’t refund but I showed up and I kept them informed that I will be late. No one told me there are not going to refund or reschedule the appointment. Tina told me that at 4 she has another appointment but I was there with her until 4.15 pm and I did not see anyone there. Please be careful with this place and your money. They have cheated me without giving any info even when I called them saying I will be late. Tina said everyone gets 15 minutes grace time so I was there at 2.15. And the owner of the place said I can give her 10% discount.
