Jill is amazing! She’s helped me be more limber, taller and less stiff like nothing else. I feel 10 years younger. Highly recommend going through the 10 step process, definitely worth it. She’s also fixed a few things that massage alone wouldn’t fix such as a locked up forearm muscle and a knee that was clicking.

I’ve worked w/ many Rolfer’s in the past, however, Jill’s knowledge and skills as a Rolfer stand alone. After 9 orthopedic surgeries my body was completely out of alignment, lots of scar tissue, and racked with pain from head to toe. Jill was meticulous in her work, realigned, restructured my bodies fascia. Today I am pain free, something no other Rolfer could achieve. Jill is a master Rolfer and a hoot to work with.

I completed a ten series Rolfing with Jill. My back was in chronic discomfort for more than half my life. I feel better and less strained to walk and basically function throughout the day now, having just completed this, than I have since I was maybe 14 years old. The visible difference in my body aligning more between the before and after photos surpasses what I expected could happen. Jill has a wonderful presence to do this with.
