I paid for 2 non invasive lypo sessions. I didn’t see any results with my first session. I attempted to redeem my second one (since I already paid) and the owner claimed she couldn’t find me in the system. I talked to her again and refreshed her memory of my session. She said to give her a call while she was in front of her computer to schedule me and soon after, she never answered my calls or responded to my messages. I went into the shop and some woman that had a very poor and unprofessional appearance was very snappy and informed me that the owner was on vacation in Las Vegas and there were no openings. She could’ve at least refunded me for my session. There is absolutely no excuse for their unprofessionalism. I couldn’t believe this mess. The same amount of money spent here could’ve been spent with a personal trainer to receive real results. Fair warning. Do not support this business.
