Critical: ProfessionalismDon’t sign up for any of their monthly services. They will give you the biggest run around if you try to cancel even though they say cancel anytime. Not how you treat your customers especially if you want them to return. My wife cancelled her reoccurring monthly membership in person at the salon. The employee told my wife that everything was taken care of as far as the cancellation goes and that she would not receive any more charges. Turns out they continued to charge us for 3 more months and when we asked for a refund they refused. The employee clearly did not do her job in properly canceling the account and yet we had to pay for her mistake? Terrible customer service. What a terrible experience! I called last month to cancel the recurring payment when they told me that I had to physically visit their location to terminate membership… can you believe that? If you’re out of town, busy, or have any sort of a life it’s hard to find time to drive somewhere just to stop getting billed. No online support. No helpful over-the-phone assistance. Then, when I finally get there they tell me that I have to pay for TWO MORE months just to get out of their contract. In fact, they wanted me to sign a cancellation contract that would have obligated me to pay them for another month. I simply cannot understand how a business like this is still operational.
