I would highly recommend this salon. The place is nice and comfortable. The staff is warm, friendly and very welcoming and accommodating. I had Kerri cut a new style for me and I just love it. My hair color is perfect. Any one out there looking for a quality salon Body Mind Spirit is the place to go. I took my grandson here for a hair cut and for the first time ever we both left happy!

I have finally found my permanent home for getting my hair done. Kerri is amazing at her craft. I have complete and total trust in her to the point that when I walk in, I let her tell me what we are going to do with my hair that day. I leave feeling like a beautiful new woman every time I leave my appointments. I HIGHLY recommend her services. She is so kind hearted that she even has an apprentice learning under her, who is so eager to learn. I can’t wait to let her apprentice try her skills on me, especially having Kerri as her mentor. 🙂

I was in Ringe for a wedding and had to take a chance with a salon I had never been to. I was really happy to find this hidden gem. If you are looking for the best salon experience at reasonable prices call Kerri at Body Mind Spirit. All her hair appointment are private. The one on one time with Kerri is relaxing and enjoyable. She is amazing at her craft! She styled my hair to perfection! After the party was over my hair was very soft and easy to take out. She managed to style my hair half up with only 5 pins. Other hair dressers use up to 20 for the same look. She is amazing! She is also prepared for all your needs with barrettes and pins to give your hair that extra touch of bling if needed. I may have to relocate to N.H. so I can always feel beautiful….. Sophia
