Critical: Communication, ProfessionalismI have made appointments two weeks out on three maybe four appointments and when I show up she would say that they that I don’t have my appointment or they never called my insurance to update new approval, this has happened on many occasions that I’m not going back. As for the chiropractor she doesn’t really seem to know what she is doing, barely adjusting less that thirty seconds and doesn’t know how to adjust your neck, relies heavy on her assistants to put you on machines and the message therapist to do all of the work. To tell you the truth I only went for the message because she doesn’t even come close to being a substandard chiropractor. Save your Time and Money and go somewhere else.Very disappointed in her skills and management as a chiropractor. To many times I’ve made an appointment then show up two weeks later to excuse’s.
