Trying to schedule an appointment was not easy to do. I was looking forward to my prenatal massage and it ended up just being getting my skin moisturized. There was no pressure at all and when I asked for more she said that she didnt want to make me go into labor (my physical therapist provides more pressure and relaxation than any part of this massage did). Rita is the only therapist so there isnt even a choice to request for another massage therapist. I’m pretty sure the sheets were dirty as they smelled just like the lotion she was putting on my skin and they felt dirty. There are signs and text messages everywhere requesting a tip which is highly unprofessional and led me to not wanting to tip. My fiance purchased this for me so I could relax and feel better during my pregnancy and it was the worst massage of my life. Very disappointed!!!
