When I asked for her name she told me she was “the owner.” Well let me tell you “the owner” here hasn’t half the professional or customer service skills as any of her employees because no one else treated us so poorly; had great experiences before this. Waked in 15 minutes before closing and was “greeted” by a woman who immediately said “You guys are too late.” She didn’t try to be professional or kind or explanatory, just seemed annoyed that we’d have the gall to walk in to the shop when she was trying to close up and get out. Critical: ValueI got a membership for several tanning sessions, at my 2nd Session (of 7) The girl behind the counter bumped me up 4 minutes. Needless to say I burned and wasn’t able to go back for several days. Because I couldn’t go back, my membership expired. Not impressed at all.
