I have had several massages at Body In Balance and have left feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. Jessica the owner and massage therapist is very professional, friendly, and warm person to be around. She is a highly skilled massage therapist and for me finds all my trouble spots that need attention. I just had the opportunity to try a Hot and Cold stone massage Jessica just added to her skill-set. After the massage Jessica and I discussed how we may incorporate this type of treatment for my problem areas in the future. She has a talent for creating a massage experience customized for my individual needs. Her treatment room is located inside a Chiropractors office which is a plus if I ever need an adjustment. Her massage table is wide and very comfortable. The treatment room is always clean and smells fresh. Jessica has a nice selection of calming massage music to drift away to. The massage oils Jessica uses never leave my skin feeling oily. The prices for therapy are not a above standard rates and not as much as you will pay at a fancy day spa. You will definitely get your moneys worth. It is a pleasure to know Jessica and to receive a massage from her is a very satisfying experience you will want to repeat.
