Body Harmony Day Spa provides a unique 90-minute Sensory Therapeutic bodywork. The Body Harmony Session experience features the Body Harmony Instrument Bed. This bed is handcrafted with speakers on the inside. While surround sound fills the room, musical vibrations from inside the bed resonate in and through the body. Each session includes a mineral-rich Dead Sea mud facial, a deep scalp massage and hot Shea hair treatment, hot steam towels for absorption. Pure, warm African Shea Butter is drizzled-bathed and massaged into the body. Dead Sea salts are sprinkled slowly and gently scrubbed. Hot, moist and steamy towels are wrapped around the body allowing 90 percent of trace minerals to be absorbed. The massage pressure is your preference.

You are fully draped during your 90 minute Body Harmony Session. “Drizzle-bathed” in warm Shea Butter and massaged. Fine ground Dead Sea Salt is slowly sprinkled (It feels like raindrops or snowflakes falling on your skin), then it is gently scrubbed and you’re then wrapped in hot-steamy towels. When the towels are removed you feel refreshed, and her skin feels like velvet; time to roll over. Your Practitioner will slowly “Drizzle” the warm Shea Butter on to your back for a wonderful 5 STAR Himalayan Stone massage. Your back is “Sprinkled” with Dead Sea Salt and scrubbed. Your practitioner will roll-stack hot steamy towels, press out the moisture and leave you on the bed to “Marinate” (think chicken – think steak) while she leaves to warm your dark chocolate brownie with your chocolate covered strawberries, served to you in your robe and slippers. We were in the area last week for a family getaway. Some of us drove over 6.5 hours and others about 3.5. My son scheduled the massage for his girlfriend and I for our birthdays. There was weather in the state but we all made it to Hochatown. My son received a call saying they were canceling our appointment for the next day due to weather. (It was raining) We did not get our massages and he did not receive a refund from the place. They sent us gift certificates to use later. I live 6.5 hours away. I don’t know when/if I will ever be back in the area. We should have received a full refund since THEY cancelled.

(I’D GIVE NO STARS IF POSSIBLE) I booked my mom a girlfriend a mom and daughter experience a few weeks ago and paid almost $400 on a prepayment that the owner said I was supposed to do and even tried to get me to do the tip before the service was performed. She said you have to make a reservation and prepay, nothing about being able to pay later. Weather got bad one day and she canceled the day before the appointment and said she was going to send a gift certificate because they don’t give refunds. We were there a week it was sunny and 65 all but one day, no option for rescheduling, no proof she canceled besides the phone call. Broken Bow is 4 and a half hours away we planned this for a birthday present and don’t really plan to come back so be careful booking and prepaying with Body Harmony. Then they try to blame you in the comments

Listen up…you have never had the best ever massage until you visit body harmony. This is the most amazing people, atmosphere, food, drink and I can go on and on about everything at Body Harmony. By far the best experience ever and I continue to go back as much as possible. My family and I visit Broken Bow every year (so many I can’t count) and all activities revolve around our visit Body Harmony. Last year was the 1st year, due to Covid, that my daughter did not get to go and she literally cried because she missed Her Body Harmony visit. This place is like no other. Valarie and all the therapist are amazing and make you feel so special.

Honestly if I could give zero stars I would. We were going to Hochatown for a vacation get away and to celebrate three birthdays. So my boyfriend got a appointment for me and his mom to get massages. We were leaving early due to weather in the town I live in. Which is 3 hours from Hochatown and his parents live 6.5 hours away. Anyways we are on our way down there when we get a call from I’m guessing it was the manager. Telling us that THEY WERE CANCELING DUE TO WEATHER. Then she goes on to say that she usually doesn’t give out gift certificate. The massage was literally going to be a birthday gift for his mom and me. They cancelled our massage due to alittle bit of rain!!!The policy should said if WE CANCEL YOU WILL GET A FULL REFUND.
