Probably the worst massage of my life. This place shares an office with a dental clinic which doesn’t exactly set the scene for relaxation; the massage rooms are right next to the dental exam rooms and have florescent overhead lighting. The therapist turned all the lights off but didn’t turn on any lamps or candles to compensate. Just awkward overall. The massage itself was terrible; I don’t think she actually worked a single muscle so I left feeling tense and cheated. My husband spent 5 minutes rubbing my shoulders when I got home and worked more muscles than 60 minutes and $50 worth at Body Harmony. I’m never going back.

I have been seeing body Harmony for about 5 years now. I came back from Afghanistan after three IEDs in two days one that specifically injured me. Jennifer has been able to help me control my pain and decrease the amount of medications I have needed to take. Natural is better than chemical.

Unfortunately we were late to our appointment by ten minutes and it was out first time getting a massage from this company, but they didn’t seem rushed to get the massage started so after the paperwork and the two employees were done talking to eachother we ended up only having time for a thirty minute massage and were charged the full hour. During the massage they didnt seem to pay attention to the clients (us) but instead gave us a quick rub down and talked to eachother through 3/ 4th’s of our 30 minute couples massage that we were charged for full hours worth. This was the worst massage and experience I have had. I hope this company gets better with their professionalism and customer service. I wouldn’t recomend this company to anyone.
