This place is amazing for massages!! I’ve gone to many different places and tried tons of different therapists and my favorite person hands down is Carrie at Body Fountain in Mokena. The best full body massage I’ve ever had!! The hour felt like an hour and a half; the hand and arm massage was incredible; the scalp massage phenomenal. Not to mention, this place is clean, smells amazing, and has very friendly staff PLUS (if you’re an animal lover like me) A DOG!

I have supported Body Fountain for several years. I’ve patronized their business at both locations and remained loyal despite other spa options in the area. Recently I was assessed a $130 cancellation fee which I disagreed with. Furthermore, I found the staff extremely rude in handling this situation. I spoke directly with the owner who seemed more focused on being justified with adhering to her company policy versus maintaining a loyal client. I requested a refund of a gift certificate that I recently purchased and was told that there was no way to provide a refund. I found the owners explanation of why my refund request was being denied disingenuous and her overall attitude exuding arrogance. As a business owner I understand the need for policies and procedures. As a consumer I don’t believe that company policies and procedures should be excessively punitive and so egregiously inflexible causing a bad customer experience. I will NEVER support this business again or refer them to my colleagues. I’m EXTREMELY disappointed in the manner I was treated and felt a total disregard for my business. I hope that my experience serves as a cautionary tale so others can avoid the total disrespect that I experienced.

I have been going to this place for over 2 years. I have been seeing Sarah since I first came in and she is absolutely amazing! She always asks me what needs to be worked on and she always makes sure that I am comfortable and relaxed. I always leave the place feeling like a brand new woman! I highly recommend her! The first time I went here I loved it. One of the best massages I’ve ever had. Fast forward to 11/7/22, where I booked multiple services to treat myself for my birthday.. I was disappointed. I had a different massage girl this time, and she was nowhere near as good as the first girl I had. I wanted a two hour massage instead of the 90 minutes I had my first visit, and was let down. I also booked an extended 90 minute facial, which was supposed to include a longer massage. Nope. I was waiting for it and didn’t happen. I don’t think there was anything special about this facial, and could have just stuck with my regular girl at a different place. Really let down for my birthday, and won’t do this again here.

I had a wonderful experience with Kayla she listened to what I wanted made some suggestions and told what I needed to work on. I was having really bad neck and shoulder pain but after my massage today im feeling amazing I’ve already booked another appointment with her in a few weeks she definitely knows her stuff thank you Kayla you are amazing.

Me and my boyfriend booked a couples facial and couples body massage for my birthday, we choose this place because they offered couples facials and massage when we went there the facial was 30 minutes each one in separate room, for some reason they gave me 20 minutes facial and my boyfriend 30 minutes ( when we was supposed to both have 30 minutes and couples means same room), after keeping me waiting 10 minutes and not giving me the 30 minutes we paid for, they took us to the couples massage room we choose hot stones the room was for couples but our feet was facing each other’s so what’s the point from doing couples if our feet facing each other’s !!!! Other than we both didn’t like the massage wasn’t a good experience shocked how this place have good reviews, the only good thing is staff they are very friendly but still not a place I will visit again not worth the money
