Jan of 2023 with Kyle and Rachel. I hope they stay here for a very long time. I booked a couples massage for my husband and I (he has never had a massage in his life and I assumed he wouldn’t enjoy it but wanted him to at least try). They exceeded our expectations, probably the best massage I’ve ever had and my husband is totally willing to do more. I had Kyle and my husband had Rachel. The atmosphere was great and professional, the room was warm and tables comfortable (even at 4.5 months pregnant). Will definitely be booking more with them! Highly recommend, especially for those who want firm pressure and therapist that find your pain points!

Arrived 10 minutes before my appointment to find the door locked even with their hours posted being opened. Called the office and was told the massage therapist will be on his way. Waited for 20 minutes, called the office again and this time, no one picked up. Waited another 10 minutes. No one came. Super disappointed as they were voted #1 best in the valley for messages and I have taken time out of my busy day for the appointment.

My friend and I have both had massages from body focus and our experiences were drastically different. My friend’s massage therapist, Mary, was wonderful. Mine was somewhat less than wonderful. I’m fairly certain that at one point she actually fell asleep, and I was able to literally count the minutes with the ticking clock on the wall while she caught her cat nap. And I love my shoulder blade massaged as much as the next person, but having to wait a good 30 minutes into the massage before the muscle and knots were actually found seemed a bit long. Perhaps my massage therapist just needs a little more training. If you go, definitely ask for Mary.

I’ve gone here on several occasions and have experienced different massage therapists each time. The first time I went was due to an acute back injury. Scheduling an appointment was a breeze and I was able to get in almost right away. The massage was fantastic and I felt ten times better after I left. My back pain subsided much faster than previous flare ups did.

I have been to Body Focus three times now I believe, first time I went they had a great valentines day special a few years ago, they were one of the only places in town I could find that would do a couples massage. It was awesome! We’ve also had chair massages, and other full massages (best b-day present to yourself!!) and the service is always excellent, the ladies that have helped me there are always nice and the atmosphere is awesome, very calming. I won’t go anywhere else!
