I’ve been a frequent waxing customer at this location for a few months now. I have to be honest I was super nervous about getting waxing done when I first started, but the girls here are so welcoming – especially Sarah! I always book with her and the rapport we’ve built over the months makes it so I actually look forward to waxing appointments. The process is actually pretty quick, and it always leaves my skin so smooth. Plus I was impressed on how nicely it removed hair and for how long it stayed away (obviously different for every person I imagine though). The rooms are always super clean and they’re careful to make sure there’s no cross contamination between customers. I know there’s a lot of other services they offer here too; after the experience I’ve had with waxing I can’t wait to try facials and massages!

While the person who waxed me was nice, my results were anything but. Went in for a Brazilian and an eyebrow wax, and contracted a yeast infection AND conjunctivitis. Not only am I out the cost for these services, but the medical visits and medication. The skin under my eyebrows was also burned.

I’ve been going here for 3 years, at least 4 times a year. My favorite place to go. Maddy is my favorite masseuse, but when she is unavailable the others are great too! I’m almost always able to get the appointment I want within a reasonable time frame. Can’t wait for my next appointment!
