If I could give Body Essence 7 stars, I would. I have been having some work done leading up to my wedding day (neurotoxin in my forehead, micro needling and Sculptsure on my stomach.) Even after just my first round of procedures I hadn’t looked so good in years. I’ve been seeing Chelsea who is just amazing. She’s knowledgeable and very good at what she does and is also such a pleasure to chat with during the procedures (and great at distracting me from pain!) I have been to medi spas before where there is a good deal of pushy upselling on products and procedures- and there is none of that here. Chelsea will actually recommend against things she thinks are unnecessary. I’ve noticed some negative reviews (very few) but will just say in my opinion that If you don’t look terrible the first few days after most of these procedures then the place didn’t do a thorough job most likely. It’s just the healing process. It’s unfair to leave a review like that unless it’s been weeks to months. I can vouch for how noticeably better I looked (especially for the neurotoxin and micro needling) about 10 after my procedures. Give it a little time. Love this place and look forward to continuing to come here!

I can not say enough nice things about Body Essence. If you haven’t been here, you need to make an appointment as soon as possible. The staff at this Spa are amazing, and make you feel just like family. They answer questions and talk you through all procedures. I love the fact that they suggest things but then encourage you by saying it’s a good idea to think about. The facility is beautiful, well maintained, and extra clean. My favorite thing is their monthly specials with a variety of great services. I have never walked out of this Spa not feeling like a million bucks. I highly recommend this Spa.

I had the most atrocious customer service experience at Body Essence Medispa that I’ve ever had at a company in my life. Upon arrival for my consultation, I asked them to tell me the amount on my two Body Essence gift cards. I was told that the cards were “old” and expired after 1 year and thus could not be used anymore. The cards had NO expiration date or date of purchase on them. They were gifted to me not long before the Covid shutdown. In the last year I have called at least twice to schedule my appointment and was told they were not doing anything facial because of the mask restriction. So I waited. Finally, with restrictions being lifted, I was able to book my appointment, only to find out they would not honor my gift cards. I even have the credit card statement to know how much is on the cards. The attitude of the front desk employee was that this was my fault and that it was very normal for gift cards to expire after a year. This is not normal. Again, there was NO EXPIRATION DATE written. I am dumbfounded that a private company would not honor their own gift card or even acknowledge that their card should have had an expiration date and try to compensate me in some way. The front desk employee was not sympathetic or even willing to acknowledge that this was poor customer service. She did not give me the option to talk to someone who had more position than her, but only to file a complaint. Body Essence Medispa might provide good services, I’ll never know, but I highly recommend taking your business elsewhere where the customer is valued.

I love the ladies of Body Essence. I was so happy when I found them after moving to the area from up north. I have always gotten exactly what I wanted when going there and have always received great service! I see Katie and Tina monthly for services and am always well informed and they are always willing to answer my questions.
