I went in for highlights and a trim. I took a photo for the cut and a photo for the color. I was there for 4 hrs and my hair looked NOTHING like either photo. I hate my cut and color and I will probably have to pay someone else to attemp to fix it. The color Can be fixed but the cut will take months to grow out. I guess I’ll be wearing

If I actually got to go and receive a massage This review might have been more positive. First let me say as a LMT myself I know you never give last minute notice on canceling a costumers massage, I am sore from all of the work I do and Scheduled a week in advance to make sure everything was good.get a call about an hour and a half before massage that I’m guessing their only therapist or as they say (TECHNICIAN) is out sick. Now by the way she was talking she has been sick for a few days but no one gets better over night so therefore i feel the delay in notice was poor. When earlier speaking to WENDY she said she had many (TECHNICIANS) but if only one is working and no one covers I guess you loose money and get a bad review. Instead of feeling better I just got aggravated and still ache .I will never go there and have no time to try and reschedule with her. SAVE YOU MONEY COME SEE ME OR HAVE ME SEE YOU.
