Really enjoyed my massage with CJ! I need a lot of deep tissue pressure for back issues and feeling stagnant in my muscles, and he was able to relive so much pressure from the area. Also used cupping technique so that’s a great addition. Enjoy talking to him about health too, and learned some things about what to do in between massages to keep my body feeling light.

CJ provided a excellent massage. He started by discussing any areas of pain/discomfort/previous injuries, etc and then proceed to to give me the most thorough massages that I can remember ever having received. Muscle groups were worked over from head to toe , with problem areas given extra attention. During all of this, he communicated well, making sure that all was going well, and he had good sound suggestions for yoga or other activities that I could include in my lifestyle. I felt relaxed and well cared for when I left. I’ll go again.
