Can’t say the treatment was bad. It wasn’t, this was actually a great massage. However, I visited as I have back and neck pain and have a medical referral and expect to receive a detailed invoice/superbill so I can submit to insurance. After multiple unanswered emails, unanswered phone calls, and two answered calls where she said she would send this to me, 4+ weeks have gone by and i’ve received nothing. So this rating is more for the overall experience from appointment, through treatment, through billing. As someone who expects to be reimbursed for my medical massage, I am unable to do so because she won’t provide a superbill as expected or even return calls/emails.
