I do not recommend! They use unethical tactics to have people to sign. They trained there staff well to make sells. I honestly and stupidly believed and trusted them. Overall, they just want to sell their products regardless on how it will affect the customer. Once they were paid in full, the company does not care anymore. Moreover, I know I have two sessions left, yet the initially I was explained that they do not have the machine to provide me with the services. Later, they explained I have no treatments left. When I contacted Customer support, they told me I have a session left. I inquired if they could assist me to resolve the issue. They misguide me to obtain this product. And now they don’t want to provide me the service that was paid. No response. I emailed them since 11/22. I don’t think they fully understand that it’s an extremely expensive process. Today 12/6/2022, I was called by the person who persuaded me to obtain the service. She told me that she was going to provide me a FREE Session after I KNOW I have two sessions! She later told me that she was doing me a deal to make me happy! I cannot believe this!

I had a terrible experience at Body Details Kendall location, the light flickers and the place looked abandoned. I was not greeted by the technicians who were at the front desk talking to each other. A lady Carmen takes me to the back and she cannot even place my glasses on, she is trying to fix them while they are on and she keeps hurting my eyes but she keeps on trying, they keep falling, she gives up and hands me other glasses that will cover some of the areas I want treated. I don’t feel confident that she can perform the treatment, she asks me questions but cuts me off during the answer. I get up and tell her I will re schedule because at this point I feel she has no idea what she is doing. I had never experienced this before. This place used to be good. I have been a body details customer since 2012 🙁 if I could give zero stars I would.
