Critical: Communication, ProfessionalismWhen I called today for my massage the woman on the phone told me 45$ for an hour. Massage wasnt that good. Way too rough. After the massage the receptionist argued with me that the price was 60 and i was wrong. The boss then comes out and tells me it was her mistake and that she told me the wrong price on the phone and lies and says that’s the price for her “other store” when it clearly wasn’t. Then the receptionist proceeds to tell me she needs more money after i tipped her $20 because in “new york” people tip better. This is new Jersey. Terrible customer service. Very rude. I have seen several of the ladies here and they have all been very nice and well trained in massage. It’s easy to see that they have been coached to perform in a similar fashion, which is to say they are polite and attentive. The service here is of a high caliber, and the place is run efficiently…maybe a little too much so if that’s possible. You never get shorted on the duration of the massage because each session is monitored by a timer. But when your time is up, it’s up! I have to say Coco is my favorite, she is very proficient at massage and she really worked me over the last time. Im amazed that such a slim figured girl like her can be so strong. An hour with her is like going on a mini vacation.

First and LAST time there. She was out of the room more than she was in it. Every time she stopped, I turned around and she was texting. Than she took a 5 minute long phone call. Massage was HORRIBLE. Than she had the nerve to ask for a tip! I don’t recommend this place to anyone!!!

They had great customer service skills and they made sure that the customer was satisfied, where ever you have pains in your back, shoulders, legs, or etc they made sure to send you the right person which they are all professional masseuse to take care of the problem.
