I just had a mommy makeover in July and got my post opt massages and care with Dazsha. She’s really educated and informed in wound and aftercare. I had stitched that she removed that unfortunately weren’t removed at my surgeons office but she knows how to determine why some wounds aren’t healing properly. This place really makes you feel welcomed and heard in regards to any post opt questions. All the girls are amazing and kind.

Customer service has a lot to be desired. I called to let them know I was going to be late. When I realized I was going to be later than I thought I called Body by Sierra Monise again, who did not answer. When I arrived there was a sticky note saying if you’re 15 minutes late the appointment is cancelled. I understand time is money but when you book an one and fifteen minutes appointment and area little late they can still have a 30-minute consultation with you.

My experience with Sierra has been nothing but educational and informative when it comes to my post op care. Sierra displays nothing but professionalism when it comes to post op surgery care. Sierra immediately knew I had developed a seroma and got right to work to make sure it didn’t spread. Sierra’s massages are highly recommended as she is gentle right after surgery. I’ve done more than the recommended massages to avoid any fibrosis or lumps after receiving liposuction. Sierra is the sweetest and the most kind when It came to my post op care she was always available with a phone call or a text message when I had a question About any drainage or lumps i could feel, I felt so comfortable.
