Overall, the service and the flexibility with scheduling was great. However, I was not happy about the overall results. I did a 5 session and don’t feel like it worked at all. I was working out and maintaining a healthy diet and saw almost no results. It was a sure waste of money and I would just recommend you understand the process before investing.
