As an active older adult, I typically experience some normal aches and pains with my daily workouts. Last summer I started to develop a little more serious issue when I began losing feeling in my left arm and hand. I tried traditional medicine, chiropractors, yoga etc. and none of them were able to help me or give me any relief. Basically, as a last resort I decided to try massage therapy. I contacted Body by Audra in downtown Windermere. After listening to me describe my symptoms, Audra went to work on the problem area, and I started to feel better almost immediately. Audra is a student of anatomy and physiology, so she can give detailed description of what’s causing the problem and the therapeutic approach needed to feel better. Her experience and knowledge are applied to each session to focus on the individual needs of her clients.
