I got to my appointment on time. While waiting outside I got a text saying she was 10 minutes late. After 30 minutes of waiting and not hearing from her again, I knocked at the door ignoring the huge “do not disturb” sign. She poked her head out and told me to wait until she was done, because she had to keep doing her current appointment until all the hair was gone and there was nothing she could do about being late. She was basically mad at me for not having the availability to sit around and wait more than 30 minutes pass my appointment time! Needles to say I left and I’m not coming back.
