Doing a little bit of shopping since we are tourists to the area, and wanted to check out the crystals in the shop! We were a group of six, and had an employee follow our every step around the store without saying a word to us. She didn’t try to pitch us a sale, didn’t greet us, just stared into the back of our heads as we walked around. She did this throughout the entire store. As soon as our non-white group members left though, she was right back behind the counter minding her business. She could’ve been at least a little bit sneakier since she obviously thought they were stealing. The fact that she only stopped following us when our non-white group members left is very telling and honestly troubling. And she could have at least said hello. We weren’t treated like this at any other store we went to, even the ones with more expensive products. There are better crystal stores around anyways.

We came to this shop as a larger group to look at the crystals this shop offered. There were 2 workers and only one of them greated our group while the other woman followed some of our group members around the store, staring at the backs of our heads and in general just making us uncomfortable. When our non white group members left the store, the woman went back behind the counter like she didn’t do anything. I really feel like this is super unprofessional and probably has driven away a lot of business over the years. If she wanted to make sure we weren’t stealing she couldve stayed behind her counter, the store isn’t that big. There’s better crystal stores in the area with nicer workers anyways

Everyone there was very polite and ready to help with people’s needs in the store. I would highly recommend them if you’re in the area and want to be pampered.
