Kate is awesome! I’ve never been the kind of guy to go for stuff like this, but my mom had purchased a gift card last year for Christmas and I felt obligated to use it before the next Christmas arrived…boy am I glad I did! I am hooked and am now a monthly visitor! I have more energy, I’m not as fatigued, sleeping better, back isn’t in constant discomfort, and I kinda enjoy just the relaxation of the whole deal. Go give them a try, they offer numerous types of massages and relaxation techniques, you won’t be disappointed!
