Aloha! My name is Tenisha and I am a Licensed Massage Therapist. I was born and raised on the island of Maui and went to massage school at Aloha School of Massage Therapy. My goal is to give the best therapeutic, soothing and relaxing massage I can. I don’t want to just relieve pain and stress, I want to help with your overall wellbeing. In a session I do a combination of modalities such as Ashiatsu, lomi lomi, Thai massage and trigger point release, it depends on what my hand feels is needed. I used to not like getting massages, but Tenisha worked on my upper body and it was amazing. So relaxing! I had a lot of tension around my neck that she helped relieve. We did some cupping on my back and shoulder to circulate the blood from an old injury. I can’t wait for our next session!

I’ve had many massages done in the past but they were not as effective or pleasant as The massages Tenisha does. She is very professional and knowledgeable in what she does. I had fallen down and could hardly walk without pain. She targeted the area causing the main and tried different methods to alleviate the pain. My pain comes and goes but it is much less in intensity and duration. She taught me how to take care of the area by myself in between visits. I am so blessed to have found her.

Tenisha is very good at her craft. As someone who frequently visits Ashi all around the mainland I was surprised to find someone here that does Ashiatsu. If you are unfamiliar with the modality it’s pretty much an elevated version a Swedish.
