Other places are too gentle and don’t feel like they do much, but this place is the real deal and isn’t for sensitive customers. Highly recommend!

I made an appointment at Body and Mind due to muscle soreness and pain in shoulders, neck, and lower back. This was my first experience having a Thai massage . It is different than any other massage than I’ve ever had. After a really great back massage, I was “positioned” different ways, similar to very easy yoga poses. I’m not in the best shape so it was awkward, but I went with it anyway. When I left I had NO MORE PAIN or sore muscles!!! It was AMAZING !! It was definitely worth getting out of my comfort zone to be pain free.
