Critical: Professionalism, QualityI don’t even want to leave one star but had to in order to give a review. My daughter’s purchased a gift certificate for a massage. It expired the first part of March this year. (Apparently they expire in 3 months, even though you have paid for a service.) I have not gone because I am in health care and I take warnings about “staying inside” and away from people seriously. I’ve seen what this virus has done first hand. I’m unsure that this place of business is aware that a pandemic hit our country in February. Seriously? You will not honor it? I asked why and she said because it expired on March 1st. They shut their business down on March 20th. No grace period. No discussion. No apologies. RUDE! I was actually applaud.
